Air coolers specifically designed for brine application.

CSW - Compact Surface models feature internally grooved tubes and staggered rows, making them suitable for both positive and negative temperature application. CS range is particularly suitable for the preservation of low moisture products or packaged goods.

LSW – Large Surface models, equipped with internally grooved tubes and in-line rows, have a high ratio of secondary fin surface to primary tube surface. They are ideal for high humidity cold rooms and freezing application.

Fin spacing and best application

4=4.5 mm: preservation at positive temperature 6=6 mm: preservation at positive temperature 7=7.5 mm: preservation at negative temperature 10=10 mm: freezing and preservation at negative temperature 12=12 mm: freezing

Defrost systems

N=air defrost (TC > 2 °C)
E=electric defrost (TC > -35 °C)
G=hot-gas defrost in coil + electric defrost in drain tray (TC > -35 °C)
GB=hot-gas defrost both in coil and drain tray (TC > -35 °C)
SB=water defrost (TC > - 2 °C)

Casing

Corrosion-resistant galvanized steel casing with epoxy-polyester powder coating RAL 9003.

Note

The air cooler catalogues refer to the corresponding unit cooler series. Some characteristics are different, such as the diameter of the connection. It is possible to visualise the details of every product and to calculate it in working conditions by using the REFRIGER software.
