UPDATE ON OPERATIONAL FACILITIES

Uboldo (VA) – 23 April 2020. LU-VE Group announces that the production activities of the Italian plants are progressively intensifying. The Group has sent to the relevant local Territorial Government Offices official communication of the restart of its production activities, based on that permitted under current legislation.

Production at the plants of LU-VE Exchangers and TECNAIR (Uboldo, Varese), TGD (Travacò Siccomario, Pavia), AIR HEX (Alonte, Vicenza) and SEST (Limana, Belluno) is taking place in full compliance with the health and safety criteria for workers, established by public authorities and by the strict internal protocols of the LU-VE Group. All the measures envisaged to guarantee the safety and health of workers and operators have been further reinforced (sanitization, strictly controlled safety distances, disinfectants, masks and protective gloves). All Group companies (in Italy and abroad) and all collaborators observe the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Health (and the respective national health authorities), by the World Health Organization on the precautions to be taken, as well as the indications provided by Confindustria (the General Confederation of Italian Industry).

All these sites have active services for the shipping and receipt of goods (please refer to your usual contacts to enable correct planning in compliance with safety standards).

Very soon, LU-VE Group will communicate to customers the details and delivery times of their respective orders, in accordance with the operational restrictions imposed by the safety criteria, the authorities and the availability of materials.

Production proceeds regularly in the factories of HTS (Novosedly, Czech Rep.), SEST LU-VE Gliwice (Poland), LU-VE AIA Asarum (Sweden), FINCOIL LU-VE Vantaa (Finland), SEST LU-VE (Lipetsk, Russia) and ZYKLUS (Jacksonville, Texas, USA). However, we do not exclude the possibility that, in the coming weeks, the various national authorities will take measures to suspend or reduce production.

SPIROTECH's plants in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan, India) and the former Alfa Laval site in Sarole (Maharashtra, India) remain closed until 3 May, according to the rules established by the local authorities.

Our commercial network, both Italian and international, and all branches, commercial and representative offices are operational (via remote working). The purchasing offices will also remain active, both centrally and peripherally.
