LU-VE: GROWING TURNOVER AND ORDER BOOK

Uboldo, 15 July 2019 – LU-VE confirms the positive trend and communicates additional periodic financial information to 30 June 2019:

• invoiced products value to 30 June 2019 grew to € 183.8 million compared to the same period in 2018: + 21.9% (on a like-for-like basis, growth would be equal to 7.9%).
• order book at 30 June 2019 grew to € 73.4 million compared to the same period in 2018: + 80.4% (on a like-for-like basis, growth would be equal to 5.7%).

The complete data at 30 June 2019 will be approved by the Board of Directors meeting of 26 September 2019, in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Calendar.

* Excluding the effects of the acquisition of Zyklus Heat Transfer, consolidated to start from 1 July 2018, and from the AL AIR HEX division, consolidated to start from 1 May 2019.
