OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Apart from that specified for browsing, the user is free to provide personal data in the LU-VE S.p.A. request forms, or otherwise indicated in communication with the office in order to ask for information materials or other information. Failure to supply this data can make it impossible to comply with the request. For completeness, it should be remembered that in some cases, (not part of day-to-day operation of this site) the Authorities can request information in accordance with article 157 Leg. Decree 196/2003 art 157 del d.lgs. n. 196/2003,with the purpose of monitoring the processing of personal data. In these cases it is obligatory to reply or be subject to administrative sanctions.

PROCESSING METHODS

Decree 196/2003(art. 7 del d.lgs. n. 196/2003). In accordance with the same article, they have the right to request the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or block, of data processed in breach of the law, as well as the right to oppose the processing of data when there are legitimate grounds to do so.
